Often because of the intensity of the financial pain we are experiencing and the burning desire to change our situation, we are very vulnerable to so-called “opportunities” which in fact are helping someone else make a lot of money.

But all of this is very unlikely to really help you UNLESS you’re willing to spend a great deal of money for their information products, system, tools, training, etc. on “how to succeed in all aspects of the business.”

Sound familiar? I know this as a fact because it has happened to me more often than I like to admit.

The hype was great. The promises of success were very compelling. The testimonials of people making a lot of money, who were much less skilled or educated than myself made me feel, “If they can do it, so can I!”

This was a BIG MISTAKE!

The Worse News!

"The Renegade Network Marketer" points out that one of the biggest tragedies in the home business industry is that most people buy what they’re told (by their company or their upline) and they start working their business in a way that no business on earth has ever operated and been successful! Quite frankly, I was the distributor every upline would kill for. The problem was I saw no (or very disappointing) results.

My question (AND the question of those closest to me!) was, “WHY is this not happening when you're doing everything you’re ‘supposed’ to do (according to your upline)? You’re putting in 10+ hour days, 7 days a week. 'WHY HAVE YOU NOT SEEN ANY SIGNIFICANT RESULTS TOWARDS YOUR GOAL OF FINANCIAL FREEDOM?'"

When I asked this question of my upline, I was consistently told, “Don’t worry. It will happen for you. Revisit your ‘Whys’ which got you involved in this business in the first place, and continue to do the daily work."

"In fact, if you REALLY want what you say you want, do more. Spend more time and money working your business!”

Now, pardon me, but this is not what I signed up for. I can get this in a regular job, working for someone else!

I had been doing the daily work, and everything else I was told to do. I came here to have a life and some freedom, and it seems I have less of a life and less freedom now than I did before, when I worked for someone else. Sound familiar?
