My name is David Lazear. I provide home business mentoring, coaching, and training for people wanting to get started in a home-based business and for entrepreneurs who already work from home. I have been self-employed for over 20 years, involved in number of different businesses.

During this time I've learned SO much about what makes for success working from home and what’s involved in helping others develop the skills and “know how” to be successful in building their own home business. I love working with others who share the entrepreneural spirit!

Why Did I Create This Site?

I am alarmed that so many people who get started in a home-based business give up and quit after just a few months. The reasons for this are many, however, in my experience it all boils down to three:

Having no cash flow to fund their business on an ongoing basis, thus after a couple of months of investing their own savings into the business they find themselves "strapped for money" to invest in their business,

Not knowing where to go to get the support, mentoring, coaching, and training needed to be successful in TODAY'S business environment, thus they are unable to "grow themselves" into the role being a successful entrepreneur, and

Inability to generate a steady supply of leads to talk to about their products, services, and business opportunity, thus they experience no real growth.

These three areas represent certain "skill sets" that are needed for success in ANY business, but they are especially critical for the small business and home business owner.
